Employers Liability
This policy is designed to provide an indemnity to the Insured for legal liability for damages in respect of accidental bodily injury sustained by any person who is employed by the Insured and caused during the period of insurance, arising out of and in the course of his employment by the Insured in connection with the business and occurring within the territorial limit.
In order for the insurance company to pay a claim to the employee the employer must be deemed to be legally liable for the accident. If coverage is required for any accident then a Personal Accident policy is required.
Contractors All Risks and Public Liability
Loss/Damage to work being carried out, materials, etc. And injury or property damage to third parties affected by work.
Workmen’s Compensation Employer’s Liability
Personal injury to employee during the course of his or her employment arising at Common Law or under statue.
